Fun Little outfit I go inspiration from this photo I looked at a while back of a girl that had on a similar shirt. I say similar because her's was probably an actual shirt mine, how ever is a scarf. This look is obviously a night look since the shirt is so relieving I would recommend that your skirt is not. This look is best done with minimal accessories that can still make a statement. It's an Edgy glam and is for the brave of heart look but be warned you may turn heads.
P.S. You may want to get some double tape to make sure that the shirt doesn't so a little to much ;)
